Did you know ...?
Did you know ...? (Did you know?). This is an investigation of Karl Fisch, Scott McLeod and Jeff Brenman, with the following information:
- China will soon be the first Anglophone country in the world.
- 25% of India's population with the highest IQ is more than the entire U.S. population.
- The 10 jobs most in demand in 2010 did not exist in 2004. - We are currently preparing students for jobs that do not yet exist using technologies that have not been invented to solve problems that do not yet know that they are.
- Today's students will have passed by between 10 and 14 jobs when they turn 38. 25% of employees along with your current employer less than a year. Half takes less than five years.
BI systems are increasingly needed in companies
The Business Intelligence enables businesses of all sizes improve efficiency in decision-making. And the choice of SaaS (Software as a Service, Software as a Service) ends with the notion that this is an expensive solution, only suitable for large corporations.
All companies, small, medium and large, need to make daily business decisions that will affect the direction and success of the company. It is surprising that many of them do based on inaccurate, outdated or outright incorrect.
Is it a business intelligence necessary for business? Apparently, no. Managers around the world are making decisions based on data from Excel spreadsheets that produced a scholar.
Why invest in a BI system, if apparently not necessary? Where lies the catch? The hitch is the unsustainability of the process detailed above. In a world like today's highly competitive and globalized, it is necessary that the decision is made based on accurate and detailed corporate information, and this is achieved through a Business Intelligence system. Companies that do not have visibility of your corporate information simply perish.
