Rumors of an Android application store Amazon reinforcing brand after filtration of the terms of the developer / publisher. Amazon gets the right to retain a copy of each program (to allow buyers to download if the developer removes the program from the sale) and also the right to change the binary to include their own DRM. The funny thing is the price: Developers receive the highest among the 70% of the sales price or 20% of the advertised price. This would allow Amazon make cuts if developers take advantage of the lack of exclusivity to sell their programs cheaper through other channels.
The remaining terms are much like those of Apple's App Store: Amazon veto the programs you are posting or not.
For users who have access to the store, this is good news: it's always good to have more options, although the fragmentation of Android is not limited to hardware platforms and software versions, but also to the different markets for developers.
For developers who want to sell their programs, good news in principle, but with caution: it is clear that marriage is one that Amazon does not allow divorce.

Success is the name of this new invention from Apple and that comes from the hands of the web Pantently Apple. The invention shows something like the concept and use another application that is not Apple. We refer to Bump , this great application that just shake your iPhone or Android two phones, both connect and securely exchange data (including from one to another without being two of the same operating system).
The patent shows a system for exchanging information, wirelessly and securely between two different devices that could be not only iPhone, but iPod, Macbooks, Blackberry, cameras and even medical equipment. Additionally, this technology would apply to a new type of Apple device classified as a bike computer, which could refer to the latest Apple patent for the bicycle smart.
